We’ve got everything you need to complete the project built from your custom molds. It’s easy to get started. One of our project leaders will discuss with you the scope of the project, including size of your parts and what size press would be the most efficient. We consider ourselves to be materials experts and our degreed engineers will not only help you choose the best materials for your project, we can source materials for you and have the buying power that can help lower your costs.

There is versatility in industries served. We work with a wide variety of customers in the agricultural, packaging, construction, automotive and consumer product markets, to name a few.

In addition, we are 100% committed to environmental sustainability.

Pallet Building:

Another service that we provide is an in-house pallet building operation, where we can handle custom pallets for any shipping need. Several current customers require pallets (or other wooden packaging fixtures) to get their molded parts shipped out. Ask us how we can assist with your packing needs.

Warehouse capacity:

After we’ve produced your custom molded parts, we have some of the largest warehousing space which gives us plenty of room for the finishing – trimming, drilling, assembly, and packaging of your custom molded parts. Once your custom molded project is completed, we can store it in our climate-controlled warehouse, or immediately ship it from one of our shipping docks.

Simply bring us your custom mold, and we’ll take it from there!

50,000 pound fork truck
Two independent chiller systems capable of 975 tons of cooling
Material dryers (supporting our structural foam injection molding machines)
High pressure injection molding machines
Seven silos
16 shipping & receiving docks

All of this in:

200,000 sq feet space in a climate controlled warehouse
165,000 sq feet of manufacturing space
